Welcome to jjvip. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "you") and jjvip.cam (the "Company", "jjvip", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jjvip website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Service").

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your jjvip account using approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and other methods made available on the platform. All deposits must be made from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page. jjvip reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at our discretion and to request additional verification documents before processing deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made through your account dashboard using approved withdrawal methods. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your name matching your jjvip account details. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. jjvip aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 10 minutes, however processing times may vary based on verification requirements, transaction volume, and payment provider processing times. We reserve the right to request identity verification, proof of address, payment method verification, or other documentation before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal cancellation.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

jjvip is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account or transaction that we deem suspicious. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be processed. 6.2 Bet Cancellation and Void Bets

jjvip reserves the right to cancel, void, or refuse any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of:

11. Account Termination and Suspension

jjvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or cheating
• Provision of false information during registration or verification
• Failure to provide requested documentation for identity verification

• Request for self-exclusion or closure

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
